"When there's nothing left to say
And all the clouds have faded away
And my mind wanders out there across the bay
Just to be there in the mornin'
With the sun comin through the trees
Well you know there ain't no place I'd rather be."

At Dorsi & Cameron Real Estate, family roots, community ties, and a passion for exceptional real estate come together to create an unparalleled experience for our clients.

We are Dorsi & Cameron, a team of dedicated real estate professionals with deep roots in Marin County and a shared commitment to honesty, transparency, and integrity. Our story began in high school, where we first crossed paths, and grew stronger years later when we reunited after college. Together, we’ve built a family-focused real estate business that reflects the rich history of Marin and our love for this vibrant community.

A Legacy of Generational Real Estate and Design

Our journey in real estate is deeply intertwined with our family history. For generations, the Weissensee family has been shaping homes and communities in Marin County. Cameron’s great-grandfather began this legacy as a talented carpenter, creating beautiful, handcrafted furniture that reflected a meticulous eye for detail. That tradition of craftsmanship carried on through Cameron’s grandfather, a respected local realtor and businessman, and Cameron’s father, Carl Weissensee, who has built over 100 homes in Marin.

These generations of experience have instilled in us a profound respect for the art of real estate and design. We’ve inherited not just the skills, but also the values of hard work, quality, and community care that have defined our family for decades. Dorsi’s impeccable eye for design brings this legacy into the modern era, blending timeless principles with fresh, innovative ideas. Whether it’s reimagining a space or curating a property’s story, we focus on creating homes that inspire and endure.

This foundation of generational knowledge allows us to see beyond the surface, appreciating the intricate details that make a property truly unique. By combining these skills with our personal passion for sustainable development, we help our clients not only find a house but create a home that reflects their story and values.

Rooted in Marin, Connected to the Community

Having both grown up in Marin, we know this area like the back of our hands. From its winding streets and hidden gems to its schools, parks, and community events, Marin isn’t just where we work—it’s home. Our deep ties to the community give us a unique perspective that allows us to guide clients toward the best opportunities for their needs and lifestyle.

Tailored Experiences, Not Cookie-Cutter Solutions

We believe every client and every property has its own story, and it’s our mission to honor that uniqueness. That’s why we tailor each experience to match the distinct needs of our clients and the character of the homes we represent. With an eye for impeccable design and an unwavering commitment to sustainability, we focus on finding solutions that align with our clients’ goals without ever compromising our integrity.

A Team That Shares Our Values

Real estate transactions require more than just expertise—they demand collaboration and trust. That’s why we’ve built a network of professionals, including lawyers, contractors, and vendors, who share our values of honesty, professionalism, and sustainable practices. Dorsi is also a proud NAR Green Designee, ensuring we prioritize eco-conscious development and energy-efficient solutions in every project we undertake.

Why Choose Us?

We’re not just selling homes; we’re building relationships and helping clients invest in their futures. With a legacy of real estate expertise, a deep connection to the Marin community, and a personalized approach to every transaction, we are here to make your real estate journey seamless, rewarding, and uniquely yours.

Let’s find a place where your story can thrive.
